This painting is a visual cypher. Like the rings of a tree trunk, the viewers can count the rings within the painting to uncover a hidden statement. The statement is revealed at the very end of this page.
Presented below are "Titled 12" along with "Titled 10" and "The Everybeing is kind". The three paintings are arranged as a tryptic showcasing three different statements of living. They have been created using similar techniques but with very different compositions. This has been done to indicate the presence of code switching amongst the three statements; all of which arise from my personal diasporic adaptations.
